Tropical Waters

Tropical Waters is a family-owned company that prides themselves on outstanding customer service. The owners, Mike, Matt, Kristy and Rich Braun provide outstanding service and quality products for their customers. Mike and Kristy Braun opened Tropical Waters in January 2009. Mike had years of experience in spa and pool service and Kristy had years of experience in Retail and Management. In March 2010, Matt Braun (Mike’s brother) joined the team bringing years of experience in maintenance and electronics. In April 2011, Rich Braun (Mike and Matt’s dad) joined the team bringing many years of experience in commercial pools. As the company grew over the years, the business has grown from a husband-and-wife company to a family company and as of August 2011, became Tropical Waters Inc. We have Mike, Matt, Kristy, and Rich working full time in the store for service and sales, but we also have our support system, Sheila Braun (Mike and Matt’s mom) and Wesley and Andrea Braun (Mike and Kristy’s children).

In October 2011, we bought our own facility for Tropical Waters Inc. We moved into our new location on March 1, 2012. The facility gives us a bigger show floor, a warehouse and shop which we didn’t have before, a bigger parking lot, and an investment in ourselves. We love our new location and know our customers will love it too!

All together we make up a family company that provides outstanding service and products to you!!! Over the past few years, we have met great people through our experiences, and we are excited to meet more people and grow as service providers.
