Tropical Waters is a family owned company that prides themselves in outstanding customer service. Owners, Mike, Matt, Kristy and Rich Braun are dedicated to providing outstanding service and quality products for their customers. Mike and Kristy Braun opened Tropical Waters in January 2009. Mike had years of experience in spa and pool service and Kristy had years of experience in Retail and Managenent. In March 2010, Matt Braun (Mike's brother) joined the team bringing years of experience in maintenance and electrical. In April 2011, Rich Braun (Mike and Matt's dad) joined the team bringing many years of experience in commercial pools. As the company grew over the past two years, the business had grown from a husband and wife company to a family company. We have Mike, Matt, Kristy, and Rich working full time in the store for service and sales but we also have our support system, Sheila Braun (Mike and Matt's mom) and Wesley and Andrea Braun (Mike and Kristy's children). All together we make up the family company that is dedicated to providing outstanding service and products to you!!! Over the past few years we have met great people through our experiences and we are excited to meet more people and grow as service providers.
